— Lima, Peru
The New Language of Peruvian Design.
Located in Lima, INTIKA is a five-star hotel conceived as a contemporary interpretation of Peruvian identity. The project moves away from literal references to tradition, instead translating the country's materiality, craftsmanship, textures, and natural palette into a refined architectural language.
Warm woods, natural stone, textured surfaces, abundant vegetation, and carefully curated details create interiors that feel both sophisticated and deeply connected to place. Contemporary forms and clean geometries are softened through tactile materials, filtered light, and organic elements, creating an atmosphere of understated luxury.
From the intimate guest rooms and suites to the social spaces, restaurant, and rooftop pool and bar, each environment forms part of a cohesive experience while maintaining its own character. Architecture, interiors, landscape, and lighting work together to create moments of discovery throughout the hotel.
INTIKA represents a new expression of Peruvian hospitality: rooted in its context, contemporary in its language, and timeless in its character.
