— San Isidro, Lima
A new generation workplace shaped by terraces, flexibility, and human interaction.
LUX LIMA 360 rethinks the conventional workplace through a more open, connected, and adaptable spatial experience. Located in the business district of San Isidro, the project combines office spaces, commercial programs, and shared amenities within a structure designed to encourage interaction, flexibility, and well-being.
A continuous system of stepped terraces wraps around the building, extending vegetation vertically and creating a sequence of outdoor spaces across multiple levels. These terraces function as informal meeting areas and transitional social spaces, blurring the boundary between work and leisure while enhancing natural light, ventilation, and spatial openness.
Rather than proposing a rigid corporate environment, the project introduces a more dynamic and human-centered model for the contemporary workplace—where circulation, landscape, and architecture operate as a unified system. Lux Lima 360 promotes collaboration, adaptability, and a stronger connection between users and their environment, redefining the office as an integrated spatial and social experience.
